A DRUNKEN man has been fined by magistrates for incidents in Hereford and Ross-on-Wye.
Andrew Mills entered guilty pleas to a district judge in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 38-year-old had been drunk and disorderly in Ross-on-Wye's Market Place on March 28, in Hereford's Bewell Street on March 30, in Hereford's Webb Tree Avenue, on March 31, and in Hereford's Bewell Street on April 13.
Mills, who is of no fixed address, was fined £60 for each offence and must pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
