AN UNINSURED driver was caught breaking the limit on a busy Herefordshire main road.
Jack Laverick, 26, was proven guilty by magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Renault Megane driver Laverick had been caught speeding in a 40 miles per hour zone on the A4103 Fromes Hill on October 6.
He was also driving without insurance on the same date.
Laverick, of Denison Road, York, was fined a total of £880 and received eight penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and an £88 victim surcharge.
