A THIEF has been up before the magistrates after stealing wine from a Hereford supermarket.
Luke Berry entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 28-year-old had stolen wine from a Co-op supermarket in Hereford on March 27.
Berry, who is of no fixed address, was handed a 12-month conditional discharge. No costs order or victim surcharge was imposed due to his lack of means.
