A CRASH driver has been up before the magistrates after failing to stop in a Herefordshire town.
Martin Pugh entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard the 58-year-old had driven a Peugeot 407 without due care and attention in Leominster's Broad Street on September 18.
He had crashed with a Citroen DS3 and failed to stop, the court was told.
The case was adjourned to consider disqualification from driving, and Pugh, of Ford Bridge, Leominster, will appear before magistrates in Worcester for sentencing on May 4.
