He was caught out in Hereford's Bath Street
AN AUDI driver has been fined after he was caught on the roads in Hereford with balding tyres.
Jack Salmon entered guilty pleas to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 29-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of an Audi A3 which had two balding tyres with the cord exposed in Hereford's Bath Street on August 20.
Salmon, of Bromyard Road, Tenbury Wells, was fined a total of £394 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £39 victim surcharge.
