Hereford Magistrates
A HEREFORDSHIRE flasher has been ordered to sign the sex offenders register after exposing his genitals at a school.
Donovan Lee Wade entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Merthyr Tydfil.
The court heard the 33-year-old had intentionally exposed his genitals intending that someone would see them and be caused alarm or distress at a secondary school in Rhondda Cynon Taf on January 18.
Wade, of Church Road, Allensmore, was handed a two-year community order, fined £100, and ordered to comply with a 23-day Horizon programme. He is also required to sign the sex offenders register for five years, and must pay cost of £85 and a £95 victim surcharge.
