A HEREFORDSHIRE repeat offender has been handed a community order after failing to provide a sample to police.
Charles Beament entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Dudley.
The court heard the 26-year-old had failed to provide a sample to police during the course of an investigation into whether he had committed an offence while in charge of a vehicle in Sandwell on December 22.
Beament, of Shelwick, Herefordshire, was handed a six-month community order, disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending, and received 10 penalty points.
He was also fined £120 and must pay costs of £135 and a £95 victim surcharge.
