MORE Herefordshire speeders have been up before the magistrates after they were caught breaking the limit.

Here are the latest Herefordshire speeders to be rapped by the courts:

Darren James Finney, 39, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard Finney had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Mercedes in a 60 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Ganerew on June 10.

Finner, of Breach Road, Coalville, was fined £30 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £30 and a £34 victim surcharge.

Pietro Pravettoni, 36, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Lavender Hill, London.

The court heard Peugeot driver Pravettoni had been caught speeding in a 40 miles per hour zone on the A40 in Greenford, London, on July 3.

The case was adjourned to consider disqualification, and Pravettoni, of The Southend, Ledbury, will appear before magistrates again on February 14.

Verity Louise Plumstead Coleman, 38, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard Plumstead Coleman had been caught breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Volkswagen in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A417 at Ashperton on June 3.

Plumstead Coleman, of How Caple, Herefordshire, was fined £440 and received six penalty points. She must also pay costs of £90 and a £44 victim surcharge.

Lewis Millington-Moss, 39, entered a guilty plea to magistrates in Hereford.

The court heard Land Rover driver Millington-Moss had been caught speeding in a 50 miles per hour zone on the A40 at Pencraig on June 16.

Millington-Moss, of Post Office Road, Wolverhampton, was fined £150 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
