A MOTORCYCLIST was caught riding while over the drug limit in a Hereford residential street.
Brandon Chippendale entered guilty pleas when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 18-year-old had been caught riding a Honda motorbike in Treago Grove on June 16.
An evidential test revealed he had 2.9 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and 61 microgrammes of cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. The respective legal limits are two and 50.
Chippendale, of Pixley Walk, Hereford, was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 12 months. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
