A DRIVER has been banned from the roads after failing to provide a breath sample to police in Hereford.
Zac Turner entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 26-year-old had failed to provide a breath sample to police in the course of an investigation as to whether he had committed an offence when suspected of having driven a vehicle in Hereford on November 28.
Turner, of Kingstone, Herefordshire, was disqualified from driving for 20 months and fined £200. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
