A HEREFORDSHIRE BMW driver has been up before the magistrates after hitting another car in a supermarket car park.
Vincent John Moran entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Stevenage.
The court heard the 46-year-old had driven without due care and attention in Hemel Hempsted on April 22, reversing his BMW out of a space and crashing into and damaging a Honda Jazz in a supermarket car park.
Moran, of Winslow, Bromyard, was fined £153 and received three penalty points. He must also pay costs of £110 and a £34 victim surcharge.
