A TEENAGER has been handed unpaid work after assaulting a police officer.

The court heard the 18-year-old had assaulted a police officer with intent to resist arrest in Ledbury on October 1.
Kalva, of Bridge Street, Ledbury, received a 12-month community order and 150 hours of unpaid work. He must also pay costs of £185 and a £95 victim surcharge.
