Hereford Magistrates
AN ABUSIVE man has been fined after a racially aggravated incident in Hereford.
James Smith entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 42-year old had used racially aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress in Field Grove View on March 31.
Smith, of Field Grove View, Hereford, was fined £100 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge.
