A QUAD biker has been up before the magistrates after he was caught on the roads without number plates or insurance.
Steven Kenith Ramage entered guilty pleas to magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 41-year-old had been caught riding a Suzuki King quad bike without a front or rear number plate in Fawley Cross Lane in How Caple on April 18.
Ramage was also not insured to ride the quad on the roads.
Ramage, of Turner Street, Hereford, was fined £494 and received eight penalty points. He must also pay costs of £90 and a £65 victim surcharge.
