A BMW driver has been banned from the roads for three years after drug-driving in Hereford.
David Cole entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 54-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a BMW 1 Series in Hereford's Whitecross Road while over the drug-drive limit on April 27.
An evidential blood test revealed he had seven microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Cole, of Heol Penlan, Cardiff, was fined £120 and disqualified from driving for 36 months. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
