A HEREFORD restaurant has won a national award for its high-quality food and service.
The Good Food Awards 2022 have been announced today and No 9 the Balcony, in Bewell Street, Hereford, is among those to have impressed the judges.
No 9 the Balcony opened in 2019 and is known for its small plates, cocktails, and bottomless brunch.
Three weeks ago, it was nominated for a Good Food Award, and voting from customers combined with visits from the Good Food judges has led it to success.
It has been awarded the 2022 Good Food Award – Blue Ribbon for Delicious Dishes.
The restaurant is chosen for their food quality, service and value and high customer ratings or votes, according to Good Food Awards.
Owner and chef Oliver Wood said: “Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far.
“Most importantly we couldn’t have won this award without our incredible team, both past and present.
“The support and dedication you have given Hannah and myself to make our vision work cannot be underestimated and we cannot thank you enough.”
