HEREFORD Medical Group (HMG) are the proud owners of a new purpose-built medical centre in the city.
They are now offering flu jabs to patients, and presumably receive NHS funding for this.
You would have thought accessibility would have been a major consideration in the building of this centre, but they are telling patients they cannot park there when attending for their jabs and advise them to park at Morrisons instead.

- They should have built the medical centre at Merton Meadow
No doubt, along with other shortcomings of this centre, they will use Covid-19 as the excuse for this.
Morrisons is quite a distance from the medical centre, especially if it is raining.
If patients can't park at the centres car park one must question if it is fit for purpose.
Out-of-town drive-through centres would be a better option for administrating the flu jabs freeing up in-town surgeries for those who do not drive.
HMG are not making this easy for patients.
