RECENTLY my wife and I went to see a film at The Courtyard, Hereford.
We used a bank card to pay for parking, but the machine was faulty.
RELEVANT NEWS:
It said the network had failed, but it took the last four numbers of my card and stated the amount £4.20 for four hours as I did not know if we would come out from the film in under two hours.
Guess what? I have received a parking charge for £100, or £60, if paid early.
I asked the Courtyard manager for help, but he did not succeed in assisting me at all.
CSPM, or Corporate Services Parking Management, who run the parking turned down my appeal.
The result is that we will not be attending the Courtyard for a long time.
I have written to my MP Bill Wiggin.
