NEW tenants are still wanted at a Hereford shop which remains empty after the neighbouring Alban House underwent major restoration works.
Hereford's former Ann Summers shop escaped the devastating 2010 blaze that destroyed its neighbours.
But despite the impressive restoration of its neighbour, which is now home to Principality Building Society and Cherries and Berries grocers, the shop has been empty since 2018.
Agents Cooke & Arkwright said the shop is in a prime position within the pedestrianised section of Hereford's High Town.
It has retail space over ground, first and second floors with further ancillary space in the roof area. Access to the property is direct from High Town via a fully glazed frontage. Access to the rear is provided via East Street.
The former Ann Summers shop is available to let via a new lease for a term to be agreed with five yearly upward only rent reviews, the agents said.
Price is available on application.
