A FORMER Turkish restaurant is on the market in Hereford city centre.
The leasehold restaurant, formerly home to Turkish restaurant The Meze in Hereford's West Street is on the market for £13,000 per annum with agents Sunderlands.
Sunderlands said 17A West Street offers an excellent café or restaurant premises with prominent frontage onto West Street.
The property comes with permission for use as a restaurant or café and is close to a number of other businesses, including The Stagecoach, A Rule of Tum, The Green Dragon, and Hereford Beer House.
It features a glazed window display and part glazed pedestrian access doors, while inside there is an open space previously used as a dining area, and an established bar and a kitchen space to the rear.
The unit has been empty since May, when the owners of The Meze, which started life as a concession in Hereford's Butter Market, announced they would not be reopening.
