In an almost deserted city centre, the traffic wardens pounce.
People getting takeaways are getting an unpleasant reminder of Herefordshire Council's thoughts on vehicles.
Most of the areas ticketed are taxi ranks after 7pm.
So where are the taxis?
I have to say, I don't shop in Hereford if I can help.
