I TOOK my daughter and two-year-old grandson to Hereford, which we had done on several occasions, and I parked my car in a pay and display car park and paid for a £2 parking ticket.
Unfortunately, on this occasion after spending money in the shops, on the way back to the car park my two-year-old grandson became violently sick and my daughter had to attend to him.
I had to go back into the shops to buy more wet wipes and a set of clothes for him, which made me about 20 minutes late for the car park.
I was fined £90 or £50 if paid within 14 days for a £2 paid ticket.
The fine was extortionate; absolute robbery!
This would put visitors off from visiting your town to spend money.
I have paid the fine!
