A HEREFORD fish and chip shop and restaurant is up for sale.
The Dolphin Fish Bar and Restaurant in Hereford's Eign Gate is on the market with commercial agents Humberstones for £65,000.
Humberstones said the chippy is fitted to the highest standard with a large preparation area and store room.
It caters for both takeaway and eat-in diners with a 20-cover restaurant upstairs with scope to increase seating.
The agents said the profitable eatery had taken advantage of food delivery firm Just Eat and had seen trade increasing after the easing of lockdown restrictions.
