THE Hereford Times has launched a major road safety campaign and we want you, our readers, to become involved.
In the course of the campaign we will encourage better driving and look at how we can all become safer on our roads.
Ch Supt Mark Turner, Herefordshire division commander, has backed the campaign.
"Reducing the numbers of deaths and serious injuries on the county's roads is a priority for West Mercia Constabulary so I'm delighted to support this campaign," he said.
"I hope the articles in the coming weeks will educate and encourage everyone to make road safety their personal responsibility, whether they are behind a steering wheel, on two wheels, or simply walking."
