MANCHESTER United's Old Trafford stadium became the theatre of dreams for one Hereford youngster.
Eight-year-old Ben Shaw, of Lower Bullingham, was invited by United to be a mascot for the day after his dad Mark won a competition.
Ben and Mark were given the chance to have the club's museum to themselves for 30 minutes before being shown around the ground.
Ben was then kitted out in the team's full home strip and was paired up with United's 19-year-old Brazilian midfielder Anderson, who led Ben on to the Old Trafford pitch for the pre-match team photo.
The youngster stayed to watch his heroes make a great day even better by beating Derby County 4-1.
