AFTER reading the online response to Fiona`s letter with reference to the Universal Credit Cut, it struck me that a lot of these keyboard writers are behind hidden identities.

RELATED NEWS: Benefit payments should be increased

Then relief, realising that these comments would not be read by the affected claimants because they would not be able to afford the technology required to see it, people do not even have the technology to claim for benefits.

The writers of such trash, citing lazy people, clearly have no idea of the issue.

In fact, they should be made to evidence their claims, or their comments should be discarded, there have been many articles written about their ignorance.

Their ideas are borne out of a belief from a system which is geared to make those claimants feel shame.

To prevent them claiming benefits to which they are entitled even though they are paid at a despicable rate which causes poverty and suffering.

Do they not realise that their comments make the problem worse and influences the confidence of people on these benefits?

This is a wholly complex issue and one which even the Government does not understand.  Obvious from what they are doing to those who need these payments.

How many of these keyboard writers know about the debt caused by the woefully inadequate benefits and how difficult it is to pay that debt back when you have just started work and all the debtors want their money back at once?

Do they realise that whilst paying back debt that you cannot afford to pay childcare to be able to go to work?

This is a vicious circle. It is not so easy to get back into work when you have been out of work.

Ignorance?  No, the Thatcher elite have done a number on them, and the sad thing is, they cannot see it.
