A NEW development could bring 27 more homes to Leominster.
A planning application has been made to Herefordshire Council on behalf of Persimmon Homes (South Midlands) to build two, three and four-bedroom homes on land at St Botolphs Green.
The developers held a consultation process last year, which included delivering leaflets to residents and holding an exhibition.
Concerns were raised about a number of issues including the height of the new houses and the effect the development would have on traffic in the area - particularly Hereford Road.
