A ROSS-on-Wye man has been fined after police found cannabis in his home.
Christopher Griffiths, aged 26, of Court Road, admitted, at Hereford Magistrates Court, charges of possessing and cultivating the drug.
Emily Lennon, prosecuting, said a house search by police officers on July 26 last year had uncovered a brown paper bag containing leaves, as well as a number of small plants.
She said the offences were in breach of a two-year conditional discharge Griffiths was given in April 2006.
Roz Caldicott, defending, said the drugs were for Griffiths' own use.
Griffiths was fined a total of £75 and told to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £43 in prosecution costs.
