A MAIN road in a Herefordshire town will be shut for two days as work is carried out to a level crossing.
Herefordshire Council said the A44 Mill Street in Leominster would shut on October 2 and 3 for level crossing repair work.
In a public notice, the council said the road would be closed for 50 metres either side of the train line, which runs from north to south Wales.
The diversion would be via the Leominster bypass, onto Southern Avenue, then Hereford Road, South Street, Westbury Street, Cursneh Road, New Street, Broadstreet and Bridge Street.
