AN ABUSIVE man has appeared before magistrates after an incident in Hereford.
Martin Glover entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster.
The court heard the 60-year old had used threatening and abusive words and behaviour within the sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm, or distress in Hereford on August 14.
Glover, of Church Street, Ledbury, was handed a six-month conditional discharge and must pay costs of £100 and a £22 victim surcharge.
