A DECISION whether to sell council offices in Bromyard could be made this week.
Bromyard Town Council (BTC) is bidding for the Rowberry Street office complex.
Town councillors agreed to the bid on December 17, leading to talks with owners, Herefordshire Council.
At the same meeting, they also agreed a 63% rise in their council tax claim to cover the purchase.
Cabinet member for resources, councillor Harry Bramer, is to review the offer on Wednesday (January 9).
If approved, the purchase would include the adjoining car park, which BTC wants to safeguard from development.
