FIRE services were called to a bedroom fire at 102 Belmont Road, Hereford, yesterday afternoon (Friday).
Two vehicles from Hereford attended at 1.09pm, after a mattress caught fire.
There were no injuries, and the house was empty on their arrival.
The fire badly damaged the bedroom but firefighters prevented further damage.
The blaze was extinguished within an hour. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
