Traffic in Hereford. There should be a bypass, says our letter writer
How can you introduce a congestion charge (Letters, June 24) when there is no option but to go through the city?
I have to pass through the centre of the city on my daily commute because there is no bypass!
If you're going to penalise people for going into the city then at least provide an option for people like myself who would prefer to go around the city.
