A POPULAR Chinese restaurant in Hereford which has been closed for 18 months is set to re-open.
Hum-Ming Garden, on Foley Street, off Ledbury Road, is preparing to open under new management.
The Chinese restaurant is within walking distance of Hereford city centre but also has a car park.
