A BANNED driver was caught back on the roads while over the drug limit, a court has heard.
Ashley Powell entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 37-year-old had been caught driving a Peugeot 207 in Hereford's Charlton Avenue while disqualified and without insurance on December 22.
A blood test revealed he also had 189 microgrammes of cocaine per litre of blood. The legal limit is 10.
Powell, of Ethelstan Crescent, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 14 months and fined £300. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
