IF you are over 50 and your New Year's resolution is to either get fit or get up to speed with the computer age, a Leominster charity has just what you need.
Following the success of its gentle exercise classes last summer, Age Concern Leominster and District is running a six-week course of EXTEND classes starting on January 17.
The exercises are specially designed and can even be done sitting down.
For the first time, the charity also is offering Tai Chi classes which start on January 14, and again run for six weeks.
Starting on January 9 and running for as long as there is demand, the three 45 minute computer taster sessions are available free of charge while for those who struggle with mobile phones there is a free talk on January 16.
On February 6, the first in programme of practical sessions is a three-week course looking at MP3 players.
For more information, or to book any of these sessions, call Age Concern Leominster and District on 01568 611054 or drop into the West Street shop and office.
