A MAN has been fined after he was caught carrying drugs in a Herefordshire town.
David Taylor admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 34-year-old had been caught carrying a quantity of cannabis resin in Ross-on-Wye on May 11.
Taylor, of Lea Hall Road, Birmingham, was fined £80 and the cannabis was ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
He must also pay costs of £90 and a £34 victim surcharge.
