A BMW driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught driving while more than twice the alcohol limit.
Tomasz Klimczak admitted drink-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard Klimczak had been caught behind the wheel of a black BMW 3 series on Belmont Road on April 21.
An evidential breath test revealed the 43-year-old had 100 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35.
Klimczak, of Blakemore Close, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 16 months and fined £400. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £40 victim surcharge.
