A DRIVER has been banned from the roads after failing to undergo drug tests.
Colin Daren Loader appeared for sentencing on April 26 after being found guilty of two offences in his absence of two offences by magistrates on April 12.
The court heard Loader had failed to co-operate with a roadside drug test without reasonable excuse in Hereford on June 15.
The 30-year-old had also failed to provide a blood sample for testing on the same date.
Loader, of Widemarsh Street, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £150. He must also pay costs of £150 and a £34 victim surcharge.
