Born in Glasbury on Wye. Former owner of Thomas’ Garage, Glasbury. Local Businessman, Mechanic, school bus and coach Driver, John welded the railings for Glasbury Bridge and played Goalkeeper for Glasbury United, and a life long fan of Hereford F.C. He became a Groundsman for Powys and was Barman, Patron and Crib Master of the Maesllwch Arms. A gentleman loved by all who knew him. Sadly passed away on Tuesday, February 16th, 2021.
