A MAN has been fined after he was caught carrying cannabis and damaging property.
Jack Kevin Cullen pleaded guilty to criminal damage and possessing a class B drug when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on February 15.
He denied a charge of assaulting another person by beating.
The court heard the 25-year-old had deliberately damaged fence panels belonging to another person in Hereford on October 4.
He was also found to be carrying a quantity of cannabis on the same date.
Cullen, of Coniston Walk, Hereford, was found not guilty of assault by beating and was ordered to pay compensation of £50 to the fence owner and fined £100 for possessing cannabis.
He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
