A MAN has been jailed after breaching the terms of a restraining order.
Tommy Lee Jennings entered a guilty plea when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on January 27.
The court heard the 22-year-old had visited and stayed at a Ross-on-Wye home he was banned from visiting by a restraining order imposed by magistrates in 2018 on January 25.
He was also found to be in possession of a quantity of class A drug diamorphine on the same date.
Jennings, who is of no fixed address, was jailed for four weeks and must pay £135 costs and a £128 victim surcharge.
The drugs were ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.
