AN AUDI driver was caught drug-driving on a busy road in Hereford, a court has heard.
Daniel Harman admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on January 6.
The court heard Harman had been stopped while driving an Audi A4 in Three Elms Road in Hereford on July 25.
Blood tests revealed the 30-year-old had 2.4 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood.
Harman, of Frobisher Court, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £120. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
