A VAN driver has been banned from the roads after failing a drug test.
Stephen Anthony Eastman admitted drug-driving when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on January 6.
The court heard Eastman had been caught behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Vivaro van in Hereford's Commercial Road on August 4.
Tests revealed the 39-year-old had 2.5 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
Eastman, of The Furrows, Little Dewchurch, was disqualified from driving for three years and fined £130. He must also pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
