The number of recorded coronavirus cases in Herefordshire has increased by 114 over the last 24-hour period, official figures show.
Public Health England figures show that an accumulative total 4,495 people had been confirmed as testing positive for Covid-19 by 9am on Sunday (January 10) in Herefordshire, up from 4,381 the same time on Saturday.
Today’s rise is much higher than the 65 cases recorded yesterday.
In the past seven days, 684 new cases have been reported, a rolling rate of 354.8 per 100,000 population.
In the United Kingdom a total of 54,940 Covid-19 cases have been recorded in the last 24-hour period.
