A VAN driver has been fined after failing to report a crash to police.
Daniel John Allen admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester on October 28.
The court heard Allen had been driving a Ford Transit van on Brampton Road in Herefordshire when he was involved in a crash which caused damage to another vehicle.

But the 35-year-old failed to give his name and address at the scene, and failed to report the crash to police within 24 hours of the incident.
Allen, of Ash Road, Donnington, was fined £40 and received five penalty points. He must also pay costs of £110 and a £34 victim surcharge.
