A DRUG-driver has been banned from the roads after he was caught driving while over the limit in Hereford.
Robert Mihail Sorescu admitted the offence when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford on October 7.
The court heard Sorescu, of Hampton Bishop, had been caught behind the wheel of a Vauxhall Vectra on Southbank Road on April 27.

An evidential blood test revealed he had 3.3 microgrammes of cannabis metabolite delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. The legal limit is two.
The 32-year-old was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £186. He must pay costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
