The A470 between Builth Wells and Erwood has reopened after a overturned lorry on Wednesday afternoon.
Dyfed-Powys Police issued a warning at around 1pm urging motorists to stay away from the area while vehicle recovery takes place.
The road reopened at about 5.30pm under temporary traffic lights.
