A MAN has been charged with fraud after an elderly resident was targeted by suspected fraudsters in Leominster.
A police spokesperson said the attempted courier fraud happened on August 14.
Albert Frempong, 21, from Royal Oak Road, Hackney, London, has been charged with conspiracy to commit fraud.
He appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on August 17 where he was remanded in custody.
