Learner driver arrested after failing drug test

A LEARNER driver has been arrested for suspected drug-driving after testing positive at the roadside.

The driver was stopped by police on patrol in Herefordshire after they were spotted committing a moving traffic offence.

Officers from Herefordshire's Operations Patrol Unit said the driver was arrested after failing a drug wipe test.

The person supervising the learner driver also failed the roadside drug test.
